Terms of Service

The game
KILOMETERGAME is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranty. We may change, reset or remove leaderboards, tournaments and features.
Fair play
Scores are verified on the server. Bots, scripts, exploits, offensive nicknames and multi-device abuse of tournaments or referrals are forbidden; we may remove scores and ban devices.
Country you play for
You choose the country (and optionally the city) you represent. It can be changed once per 30 days. It is a game choice, not a statement of residence.
Daily tournament
Normal play is unlimited. The daily tournament gives a limited number of ranked attempts per day (UTC) plus bonus attempts (purchase, rewarded ad, referral, channel subscription). Bonus attempts have no cash value. Referral bonuses count once per new player after their first valid attempt.
Telegram Stars purchases
Digital items (cosmetics, gold nickname, tournament attempt packs) are sold for Telegram Stars inside Telegram. Cosmetics do not change how a score is computed. Purchases are delivered immediately.
Refunds
Contact @kilometerGameBot with /paysupport. We review refund requests in good faith, especially for items not delivered or bought by mistake within 14 days; refunds are issued in Stars via Telegram, and the refunded item or unused attempts are revoked. Telegram's own terms for Stars also apply.
